Return Policy / Refunds
The user and/or visitor has the right to withdraw from the contract (purchase) and return the
product (s) purchased without any obligation to justify the reason for which he wishes to return.
The time period for the return is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the purchase.
For refunds, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer. For product changes, the cost
of return and post-delivery costs is 6€.
If the customer wont return the products he wishes to get a refund within the aforementioned time period, we reserve the right not to accept the refund request.
Refunds are made within 14 days of the return and receipt of the products from our company
Canweedo.
If the payment was made via a credit/debit card or viva wallet then the transaction will be canceled
and/or your credit / debit card will be refunded accordingly.
Refunds are only accepted with a proof purchase/invoice and only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition that you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has tampered in any way.
